I am the director for that museum,getting quotes for improvements we may need to make. When they said the window of the appointment was a 4 hour window I thought-"here we go....." but he called before he came-came within the half hour, answered all my questions, was courteous and kind and explained everything to me( for a person who knows nothing about garage doors). He was an excellent representative of the company. His name was Pat.

We are very happy with our new door. Initially there was a issue with sizing but thanks to Travis that was handled. He was on time,professional & very personable. I would highly recommend Precision Door to anyone who wants quality products installed by pro's.
