I called because I was having problems with my existing garage doors. Bill G. came in the same day I called (competitors either made appointments a week out or told me to look on their web-site to pick out the garage door I wanted and then come into their office). Bill wasn't a fast talking salesman, he was a knowledgeable explained what was needed and prepared the quote for what we wanted. We should get our garage doors in 3 to 4 weeks. I feel comfortable with the decision at this time.
