The service was excellent. Mike gave me a 30 minute notice as to when he would arrive and he was on time. He answered all my questions and gave added advice on how to maintain the garage door. This is our second garage door from Precision (we have two garage doors at our home). I recommend this company highly.

From the very first time I stopped in just to get a rough estimate, to the final conversation to actually purchase from Precision , I was impressed at just how informative everyone has been. I did alot of searching for a door and compared just about every door company in this whole area. I would give them zero stars if possible. Service came out in May to fix the fact that the door wasn't closing because the "eye" was misaligned. The charge was $150 plus tax for 5 minutes of work. The same thing kept happening so we called again today. They fixed the same thing (less than 5 minutes) and charged another $75 plus tax. I obviously would not recommend them to anyone nor would I ever call them again.

Very impressed with flexibility on appointments. My garage door was seen the same day I called and Mike came in answering every question I had. Technician (Pat) called ahead to confirm appointment and let me know he was on the way. When he arrived he was very professional, the truck and equipment were clean and organized. Pat took the time to listen to my concerns, and then did his own inspection, and pointed out problems/issues I should be aware of.
