My problem was with the garage door cable wire dis-lodging from the wheel and thus not lifting the door. In addition, it looked like the Springs were wearing out. My service man was not only very pleasant and polite, but clearly very knowledgeable. He explained to me not only what the problem was, but why it got into that condition. He also told me several options to take care of the problem, explaining the costs and warranties on each one. While doing the repair he found another concern and brought it to my attention, showing me the issue and again giving full disclosure on the issues. His efforts to not only make the repairs, but make sure that I understood and felt comfortable with my decisions regarding the repairs, was wonderful. I was very satisfied and will not hesitate to recommend Precision. Thank you.

I actually called one of your competitors first and they never got back to me. When I called Precision, not only did they call right back, but they installed a new garage door opener the next day! Now I can't wait for my new garage door to arrive and be installed. Hope my neighbors notice (since I'm trying to impress them). And Mike was very friendly, professional and helpful in showing me my options. Highly recommend!
