Review:

I wish they could have moved the opener that was on the old door to the center of this new one. They did not do that so you can see the right angle bar that comes down and the release attaches to it through the window when the door is down. Yuck. Is moving it something that you will be willing to do. There is a board on the wall in the center so the motor angle brackets will need to be moved over along with the bar and re-attached.

Review:

Went online at 7:40AM to have a spring repaired. Advised that an employee would be at my house between 10AM - 2PM. Received a call from the tech at 9:30AM and he was here prior to the 10:00AM time. Mario was a super polite pleasant person that answered all my questions. We had plans on purchasing a new door and this company made it an easy choice to go with Precision.
