Needed a door opener, contacted Precision, got a same day appointment fitted. Had my second door restrung the following spring, same tech Mario, real genuine guy fitted new springs and rollers. 14 months later has spring adjusted. Same day service within 2 hours no charge, warranty. Excellent service.

Installation did not go smoothly. First the remote didn't work after 1 day. Then my door was uneven after closing. After a little arguing with installer talked to Bill and he rectified the situation by having Eric adjust door pressure.
