After the spring repair, I had a sales person come out to price replacing the garage door. The sales person was at the house for over hour and was lacking professionalism. I finally kicked him out when he said he could match any other company’s price on a “shitty garage door” and Precision could install the “same shitty garage door.” The entire production included more than enough sales gimmicks. There are better company’s out there.

Hey Jeff, I apologize you were offended with the estimators foul language. He should know better. With that said, we can match any price on a lower quality door. We carry a full line of products, which includes cheap builder grade doors that are very common in this area. It is our goal to educate our customer so they can make the best decision for themselves. We can also show you the difference between a high quality door and one of these poorly made doors while we are there. You should have gotten prices for both. I assume that is why he was there for over an hour. Perhaps we struggled to deliver that information. I'm not sure what you mean by "sales gimmicks" we have the best products and warranty in the industry. No Gimmicks, just good deals!

This is the second time I have used Precision Door service and I received Five Star service for the second time as well. Pat was my service tech and he did a great job of explaining all my options and the cost for each option. Pat was very friendly and removed and installed a new garage opener within an hour and a half and it works great! I highly recommend Precision Door Service for any garage door repairs or replacement.
