Everything from getting estimates, the product installation and followup were amazing. They even came back out to change a little thing we didn’t like( metal bar showing in garage window). We were extremely happy with our experience with Precision Doors. Our serviceman, Sam was very personable and informative. He was happy to take the time to thoroughly explain what needed to be done and why. We never felt pressured. Once the openers were installed and programmed, he made sure we were familiar with the operation. Let me tell you something. I probably would not have purchased a door from Precision if it had not have been because of Mike. The guy knows everything about garage doors front and backwards. I talked to Lowes, I talked to Hamburg Overhead, I talked to Home Depot. No one convinced me so much as Mike. Not only did he know that my spring was broken, but he knew enough to tell me not to use it until the new one installed. My opener was just waiting to break. The guy saved me the cost of a new opener and lots of problems. Mike is a great asset to your company. I am also pleased with your service. Mike was at my door within minutes of placing a call to your company. I am also pleased with the product. I really feel that the product is so much better than big box stores. You have a great company with great people. A winning combination.

I'm in need of a new garage door and needed to get some estimates in. I saw Precision's ad I believe in Clipper Magazine,or something similar to that so I decided to call. They came out quick. Rob, the gentleman I met, was very knowledgeable, kind and knew his product inside and out. When he was initially speaking, I was feeling the door was goona be very very expensive, because Rob kept speaking all about the quality of their product, warranty, their service, etc. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the estimate was very close to the 2 other quotes I had. In addition, he wasn't pusshy or trying to pressure me into the sale. He told me to take my time, do your research, and let me know. I do have to wait before I make my final decision due to certain circumstances, but I'm glad I called and I hope to be seeing Precision soon to install my door! Thanks
