I saw the TV ads and decided to do a little research. There were lots of good reviews. The ads said they come with a fully stocked truck which is a real plus. The service was great from the time I placed the call to schedule the appointment all the way through the repair work. The tech (Chad) called with the time he'd be there, a picture was sent so I knew who to expect. He thoroughly reviewed the door, the motor, the spring, all the hardware. He was very friendly, explained everything, gave me an assessment of the condition of the garage door, the motor, spring, and hardware. He gave me an estimate of the work I had requested, showed me the parts needed, answered questions about the life expectancy of the other items, including routine maintenance. Then he replaced all the door rollers and fixed the bent track. I paid, got an e-mail receipt. Quick, efficient. The door works great. I highly recommend this company.

When the spring broke on my garage door as my husband left for work this afternoon, I knew it was going to be a job to get same day service. I thought I had a huge problem with my garage door because I couldn't use the button in my car to close the door. It turned out to be a very small problem of laser site not being aligned properly. The technician checked out several other aspects of my garage door and opener. The opener is nearly 30 years old, but the technician said it still appeared to be in good working order. Jonathan was professional and courteous and really gave me some good information about my opener and gave me a quote in case I decided to replace it. There was no pressure to replace immediately, but food for thought and a chance to budget for replacement.

Absolutely good service; from the nice lady on the phone setting up the appointment to Jae, the service person, who provided the inspection and performed the job. He arrived on time. The inspection was clear and direct. He explained what caused the door to be outside the rail. My cable broke due to corrosion. We went ahead and replaced the rollers, and put in a new rail since the old one was corroded and not very sturdy. I think we also replace the wheels thingy. The cost they gave was comparable to what I found on the market or website review. Highly recommend to anyone who needs service to call them.

I needed to get a cable fixed on a broken garage door. Eric from Precision came out and explained the problem. There was absolutely no pressure from him for us to do anything other than get the cable fixed, but with his clear and knowledgeable information, I decided to completely replace the 1963 door and add a garage door opener and a keypad, Everything went perfectly. Precision communicated with me after my order, and before the Precision men came out to replace the door. I was completely delighted with the excellent customer service all the way through. I felt confident that they would do the job correctly the first time but had something gone wrong, I knew they would fix it immediately. I highly recommend Precision.
