Review:

I saw the TV ads and decided to do a little research. There were lots of good reviews. The ads said they come with a fully stocked truck which is a real plus. The service was great from the time I placed the call to schedule the appointment all the way through the repair work. The tech (Chad) called with the time he'd be there, a picture was sent so I knew who to expect. He thoroughly reviewed the door, the motor, the spring, all the hardware. He was very friendly, explained everything, gave me an assessment of the condition of the garage door, the motor, spring, and hardware. He gave me an estimate of the work I had requested, showed me the parts needed, answered questions about the life expectancy of the other items, including routine maintenance. Then he replaced all the door rollers and fixed the bent track. I paid, got an e-mail receipt. Quick, efficient. The door works great. I highly recommend this company.

Review:

Came home from vacation to find the garage wouldn't open (snapped load spring). I called Precision Door, and fortunately they were able to get someone out the same day (otherwise one car would have been stuck in our garage). Rudy came out to replace the spring, but also recommended a few other maintenance items that needed done, and pointed out some bad rust. He clearly explained what was wrong, and why it needed to be fixed. Overall was an excellent service, was very quick, and at a fair price. I'll be recommending Precision Door to anyone who needs garage door maintenance.
