We had a wooden garage door that came off the rales and cracked in several spots. On a Monday evening I booked an appointment online but decided to switch to another day. I clicked on chat and someone responded immediately and politely switched to the day that worked best. Chris came out to our home in Apple Valley the day after I set the appointment and assessed the problem. With the door beyond repair, he quoted us on a new garage door that was a very fair price. When you are given a window of time, Chris emailed and called to let me know when he would arrive. I recall him saying that they will install the door and you will not have to call back because the job will be done right the first time. On Thursday of the same week, Install Team-3 called to let us know when they would be there which was appreciated. Ripping the old door and installing the new door only took 2 hours. The two guys that came out were friendly and did a great job. We are very pleased with our new garage door and the service was top-notch. Anyone who needs a new garage door or repair, they don't need to look anywhere but Precision Garage Door!

I’m very suspicious of the work done on my garage door. I had a broken spring in a Cloplay door: currently $90 at Home Depot. I had done this repair once, and it is tricky due to the stored energy in the spring. I am also 76, so elected to have it dine for me. The service tech stated he could not just replace the spring, but had to replace the rod the spring is mounted on, the two pulleys, and 3 bearings, as well as a new spring. Total was $736! I am suspicious that this is the classic garage door repair scam. Plus the spring was $280.

This is the third time I had to call because I backed into my garage door. ???? The staff is so professional and gave me a time estimate and the guys were here in about an hour. The repair bill was quite a bit higher than last time, for the same repair, so I asked why and it was reduced for me. Chad is a really nice person and a great worker.

The technician, Jonathan, provided excellent service. He arrived in a timely manner, asked me about the problem I was experiencing with the garage door opener, and explained everything is was going to check to resolve the problem. Fortunately it only needed a few adjustments and was working fine in a short amount of time. Then the technician did a thorough job of taking care of some routine maintenance on the hinges, spring, and opener chain. I would use this company again and definitely recommend them to anyone.

So impressed!! I chatted with an associate on the website for about 10 minutes. Within the hour, they had someone out to our house to provide an estimate on the work. A few hours later, our garage door was completely fixed and operational. They completed the work before other companies even had a chance to call back to provide estimates.
