When the spring broke on my garage door as my husband left for work this afternoon, I knew it was going to be a job to get same day service. However, you company exceeded my expectations by getting someone to my house within a few hours. The tech, Patrick, came prepared to evaluate the situation and make needed repairs. He gave me a thorough estimate, and got to work quickly! The was finished and and it was clean and neat in the garage. I would recommend this team for the best job!

I needed to get a cable fixed on a broken garage door. Eric from Precision came out and explained the problem. There was absolutely no pressure from him for us to do anything other than get the cable fixed, but with his clear and knowledgeable information, I decided to completely replace the 1963 door and add a garage door opener and a keypad, Everything went perfectly. Precision communicated with me after my order, and before the Precision men came out to replace the door. I was completely delighted with the excellent customer service all the way through. I felt confident that they would do the job correctly the first time but had something gone wrong, I knew they would fix it immediately. I highly recommend Precision.

We had Devon come out to repair our garage door same day and he did a phenomenal job! One of the tension cables ended up breaking and the garage door was tilted to one side. He came in and did an estimate giving me three options to fix the door. After choosing an option, he started working right away. Devon made sure that he had everything right and that we were satisfied with the repair. His attention to detail is very appreciated! I will definitely be calling Devon if we have any garage door needs.

Everything went according to the appointment to install a new opener. Tom inspected every aspect of our garage door from brackets to rollers. Tom did an excellent job of installing and explaining how the garage door opener worked . The new belt drive opener is quieter and works very smoothly. Tom cleaned up everything and took the old opener which is greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend them,
