Broken Garage Door Spring Repair

I headed out for work Sunday morning at 7 am to find my garage door wouldn't open. I called a place that fixed our garage door before, but they couldn't fix it till Monday. That doesn't work when you need to be at work. I called Precision's Eden Prairie location, and was able to get a same-day appointment with a nice small window for repair. My repair guy Ronnie was our Garage door, Guru. He not only came early but he came prepared for anything. He was wearing a mask and kept a safe distance, He was professional and walked me through all the issues he saw and explained to me why they happened and also future issues I may have that the other company didn't fit correctly the first time. Though it wasn't money I wanted to spend I found the seven-year warranty worth the price and also the knowledge that it was done correctly. Thank you Ronnie and Precision, you should have been the first call!
