Strongly recommend. I called at 9am on a Saturday and was advised a technician could be out between noon & 2pm - awesome! The technician, Troy, called to see if he could come earlier? Yes, please! End result: Troy had our door repaired earlier than our originally scheduled appointment. On a Saturday. In January. In Minnesota. Suffice it to say, I'm a very happy customer!

The weekend appointment was great as my garage door stopped opening on Saturday. The scheduler answered all my questions and the technician was great. He sold me what I needed without being pushy, and gave me time frames for other updates I may need soon for my door but didn't push me to do everything today. I will definitely use them again and recommend them.
