Saturday 11:00 am A spring brakes on one of my garage doors. 12:00 pm Unbelievably on a Saturday and within an hour your very professional service tech John H. arrives. 3:15 pm All work completed. So impressed with John and his repairs that I had him install a new opener on another garage door. He even programmed both doors to a new vehicle of ours and made sure my wife was up to speed on all product aspects. Very Fair Price! Couldn't be happier.

I called Precision because they replaced springs for me a couple years before and I was very pleased. Then when a cable broke I called again and again I was very pleased with the repair. I gladly give them five stars.
