Called at 9:30 this morning to set up an appointment. Paul, the technician was here by 11:20. He was so amazing. He saw the issue immediately. The spring had snapped. Needed to replace both springs. Jason did an excellent job evaluating what needed to be fixed. He was honest and upfront about the repairs needed and the cost. I appreciated Jason taking the time to explain to me what was working and what wasn’t. He ended up replacing my garage door opener the day of my appointment and did a great job overall!

We had a great experience with Precision today. We had a broken spring. Good customer service setting our appointment (same day was really appreciated since our truck was stuck inside), timely arrival by Devon our service rep who was polite and professional, an estimate and service alternatives were all explained prior to commencing repairs and a good and efficient process to settle charges. I had a spring break and called in the morning around 7:30 and had a Technician out at 10:30 and was fixed by Noon. I was presented with all info I needed to make decisions and was not pushed to get anything I didn't feel necessary. Absolutely wonderful.
