Jason Pullman was nice and courteous, got our new torsion springs installed quickly. He hooked everything up, plugged it in, cleaned and lubed everything. I like the service sticker that was put on the wall next to interior garage door switch.

The previous owners of my house used Precision Doior front the sticker that was in my garage. I had a door issue today and was able to get an appointment same day! Chad came out and fixed the issue and replaced some bad parts. I was very pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. Will definitely have them as my regular garage door maintenance company!

Chad and Zach were on time and immediately troubleshot the problem with my opener. Additionally, they assessed the condition of my door with an inspection. Once I agreed with their assessment they removed and replaced my opener and changed out the rusted cables as well as the bottom rollers. I would highly recommend these two technicians. Not only were they professional, knowledgeable but friendly and personable. Thanks again.

My experience was top notch from start to finish. I called after hours with a broken door we could not close. I expected an voicemail. There was a great young lady who answered and asked all of the pertinent questions. She had a tech scheduled for the morning of the next day. Alex arrived and gave me his assessment complete with estimates. He was able to get the broken door down for the night. After due consideration of repair versus replacement of a door that was about 30 years old, it was a no brainer to select replacement. Alex didn’t even charge the customary minimum service fee. He check and gave me a price for the door installation. I had checked and it was within market norms. He had a team scheduled to come the NEXT DAY to perform the removal and installation. Brandon and Troy were here on time. Both were professional and respectful. The got to work immediately and had the new door installed, adjusted and tested before noon. I’m seldom impressed with most business and I have very high standards for performance. I seldom rate any business with a 5 out of 5 stars, but this company earned it. I was totally satisfied and will not hesitate to call upon them again. Thanks so much for a great experience at a reasonable price.

First of all, y'all's videos are very informative and funny. Everything y’all said you would do, you did upon scheduling an appointment- texts, emails of who is coming out with a bio of the tech. Jason Schuster was my technician and he was professional and very knowledgeable! He explained everything to the T and gave me his recommendations without forcing anything I did not want done at the time. My wife had nothing but great things to say about Jason and felt very comfortable to be home alone with my kid and that means a lot to me. I have just recommended PRECISION to all of my coworkers if they need anything for their garage doors. Thank you Jason and Precision for helping my family out and making this visit sooo stress free. I still can’t believe I went on y'all's 24/7 chat at 8 something at night and had a conversation with a person and the very next day with emails and texts, I had my garage fixed.
