A malfunctioning garage door remote control in the winter is such a pain. After finding Precision online, we were impressed with their many recent and very favorable reviews. The dispatcher who took my call was very personable and thorough - reading back to me my contact information and nature of the problem. Right away this assured me that the technician would get the right information and come prepared to fix the problem. Great start! Cole called to let me know he was ahead of schedule and near by - could he come over early? He diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired some electrical connections, then lubricated the wheels and did some simple maintenance, all so that we would get our money's worth out of the flat fee for the service call. He wouldn't have had to do the extra stuff (and it was cold in the garage), but the fact that he did do it impressed me. Precision is now the new sticker on our door for any future garage door repair. I appreciated their service and way of doing business. It was a really good experience.
