I do like the fact they are 24/7. I scheduled an appointment for next day and they came out and did a safety check for me. Kevin was my technician and he was very honest with me. He pointed out things that could be a potential problem in the future which I already knew about. I went ahead and got a garage rebuild on the spot with 2 remotes and a keypad. I feel much safer knowing my garage is now operating the way it is suppose to and if anything goes wrong it is on warranty.

FIVE STARS UNEQUIVOCALLY!!! Your company was recommended by a neighbor and then we checked Angie's List and found the highest rating possible. The garage door spring broke on Monday evening, we called and scheduled service the next day at 10-12 a.m. and the service technician Josh Brown was right on time. Josh quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the various options, and when we chose to have the door refurbished, he quickly got to work and was done within around an hour. We found Josh to be very complete, honest, and quite professional. There were no surprises or hidden costs and the repair work cost exactly what we were quoted. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision Garage Door Company, and I would highly recommend Josh Brown, and if any further work would be required in the future, I would definitely request that Josh Brown be selected to do our work. Thanks to Precision and Josh Brown for the prompt, efficient, and professional service.

Very poor customer service. They came to repair my garage door that was not opening and closing. 50 days later, the door is back to not opening and closing...for the same reason (I had another company look at it that did not charge a service charge). And low and behold, the arm is the problem. When I call Precision, they want to charge me another $75 service fee to "look at it" and $$$ whatever it cost to fix it. I will never do business with this company again, nor will I recommend this company to ANYONE!!!

It doesn't surprise me to find that the it is giving problems 50 days later. We hope that you understand that we charge a service fee to examine your door as a precaution to you and us. We are glad that the other company didn't charge you a service fee since they fixed the initial issue we found.

Due to a single broken Torsion Spring, both springs were replaced at quite an expense. The Tech said it wouldn't be a whole lot more to have the shaft, pillow blocks (bearings), cables and track rollers replaced as a "kit". Kit carries a lifetime warranty. After he left I was checking the videos on your web site and saw that the disconnected door should balance out at 48" above the floor. Mine doesn't. At 24" is where it balances. Above 24" it "takes off" going up. As I understand your video, the unbalanced condition can cause detrimental impact on drive motor assembly. Checking the balance would have earned the fifth star.

This company was a lifesaver and provided me with excellent service. Received a coupon in the Value Mailer and when my garage door went out I called because they had 24/7 service and weekend appointments. They came out the same day put on all new parts and had me back up in business in 45 minutes. The technician explained exactly what he did and why and informed me the parts have a lifetime warranty. Technician was very friendly, knowledgeable in what he was doing and explained everything to me. I would rate this company a 5 and refer them to all my friends.
