I had an urgent need to fix a track issue; the gentleman who booked my appointment was professional, personable, and seemed genuinely invested in my need. The tech call when he was en route, showed on time, fixed the track (under warranty) and provided maintenance record. Precision is a benchmark ... from start to finish, they stand by their product and customers.

Technician Chuck was friendly, professional, and did a great job. He walked me through every part of my system during the inspection, and did the repairs quickly. His truck was stocked with every part he might need. No ordering, waiting, or return trip. I recommend him and Precision highly! It’s best to always remember, you get what you pay for! I’m so glad I called this long standing local business with an established reputation for my garage door repair.

I waited a few weeks before writing this review as I wanted to see how the repairs stood up. The lower panel of my door had rotted out and, as it happened, I had a spare door left over from closing in one side of the garage. My tech replaced the rotten panel with a panel from the other door, did preventive maintenance on my hardware and even reconnected my automatic garage door opener and got it running again. He was prompt, efficient and quick and the pricing was very satisfactory. I would definitely recommend this service.

Technician showed up on time, performed the services expeditiously and ahead of schedule. I had tried two other competitors prior, one cancelled the first appointment and ultimately was late (I cancelled) the second. The second competitor couldn't fit me in for a month. I called Precision on Friday and they were out to my house the next morning.

Had door tune up service performed. Technician Josh was great. Door is working fine (Very Quiet). Have used Precision in past for similar type service. Will definitely use Precision in the future.

Was told I needed a new opener because the screw was stripped. However, I was told you prefer installing your own brand openers at a price of over $500. I couldn't believe that when you can buy them for under $200 yourself. When I asked if I could supply an opener so it would match my other existing ones, I was told I would be hit with an added $200 install charge. Catch 22! Needless to say I won't be doing either with your company.

We must provide a higher quality of product to reach and maintain that level of customer satisfaction. Store bought openers typically are not complete and require more time to install due to their multiple part boom that must be assembled. We regret that our price was above your budget.
