The technician showed up right on time for my same day service call. He thoroughly inspected the entire system to alert me to any other problems I might want to resolve while he was out there. My cables were replaced and the system lubricated in less than half an hour. The cost was right in line with my internet research. I would definitely recommend Precision.

Will not use them EVER AGAIN. Bait & switch. We were told a 65.00 service call. NOPE forgot to mention PLUS a 15.00 FUEL CHARGE!! So in reality an 80.00 service call charge. Plus 128.00 for a rubber strip for the bottom of the door. RIP OFF
