Our spring broke and we couldn't open our doors. Precision came out that very day and repaired the spring, installed new, super-quiet rollers and keypads. They were done the same day. Highly recommended by us.

Precision is great. My garage door spring and cables busted on January 14th, 2018. I called and got an appointment the next day for them to come out and diagnose the problem and fix it. Service was fast and professional and the price was really great. Professional company that cares about their customers. They even notified me twice the day they were coming out as to their ETA. Couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend them.

One of the springs on my door broke, but my entire system was largely neglected. My home is older so I tend to need work, and this stands out as one of the best experiences I've had with home services. I scheduled an appointment and Glen arrived when promised, calling me a bit beforehand to confirm availability. This gentle giant listened to my questions, answered them clearly and honestly and perhaps most importantly, with confidence. I left him to it and he worked quickly and efficiently. I don't know garage doors, but I know plenty and I am 110% happy with the work he did. I'm thrilled with the result. When the work was completed and paid for, I pestered him with maintenance questions and he was as patient and knowledgeable as before. Every company needs someone as great as Glen. Thanks!
