We just had our second experience with your company and I must say I am quite impressed again. Your quality service team continues to be amazing and although I was not expecting to be needing new springs etc. the price was very fair and you arrived within 1 hour of my service request. We definately recommend Precision for garage door repair work. They replaced two springs two years ago and we have never had any issues. Recently we have used them to do another repair on our garage door and they will be replacing all of the aged rollers. They are professional, fast and responsive.

The door on occasion would not close on the first try. Yesterday it persistently popped back up. Keith called and showed up on time and more solidly affixed the electric eye safety device and currently the door is working fine. Keith was a very pleasant person to deal with and if need be I would be pleased to see him again.

I’d highly recommend Precision. Cody came out to the house right away, explained the process and fixed our garage door very quickly. He was personable, professional and trustworthy. Precision let us know who’d be arriving for the call, so we didn’t need to be concerned about opening the door to strangers. Great job!

Jeremy came out within 3 hours of my call for service. He was very professional and fixed my busted cable in a timely manner. What really impressed me was he went out of his way to adjust my door opener to get it quieter when door opens and closes, without me even asking. Nicely done! I was extremely pleased with the services of Precision. Scheduling was prompt and easy. The technician came the same day to analyze the problem and returned 2 days later to install a new opener. Ryan was awesome! He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He had the new opener installed in less than an hour! I would definitely recommend Precision to friends or neighbors. If I could give more than five stars, I would!
