When I called to get a quote and make an appointment, I was told on the phone that their price per spring is $99 to $149. That is $149 per spring is the most expensive product that they have for spring replacement. When the technician Eric came the next day, he has totally different numbers for me. I knew that it was an upsell but since I needed my garage to be fixed, I went ahead and got it done. We, better luck next time.

There's a reason that I never thought about other companies when it comes to the garage doors in my neighborhood. They guys are always very professional and friendly, it's very good because most of time you already felt stressed enough. I thus always give generous tip to them. Eddy is a wonderful guy, he fixed my garage door issue in just few minutes and pretty friendly cool just like all other Precision (field) staffs. I'd use their services as long as I have the need.

It is much more expensive than I expected. 463$ only for changing dual spring (replaced with single spring) and wire cable. When I called, she told me that the labor cost is 75$, but I paid 125$. I did not know that wire cable is only 10_15$ and I can change it by myself, but I paid 130$. Although, the guy who fixed my door was very nice, very fast and came early.

Eric was very professional. I requested the basic tune up but he focus some frayed wires. That could have been bad. He replaced them and tuned up the door. It’s quieter now.
