It was around 2pm Monday and went into the garage to pull the car out only to find out the door wouldn't open because a spring had snapped in half and couldn't even manually open it and called Precision and had a man available between 4-6pm who called me a 3pm because he finished a earlier job. Got there at 3:30, fixed everything and now its good as new. It really worked out perfect.
