I am shopping for a garage door and they were the first I contacted. The people on the phone were friendly and professional. I like that they sent a reminder, with a picture of the tech coming and the time. He also called that day and was there in the estimated time frame given. I liked him and tho I feel the need to get another estimate, I probably will use them.

The Garage door was not closing. It was about four years old and I had not had any maintenance on it. My fault since they had recommended it. The fix was done quickly and the repair made the door even quieter than before. Nice job!

Precision is on the ball. Our garage door spring broke and Precision scheduled technician, Eric Stevens for the following morning at 8am--with a 3 hour window. He showed up at 845am, replaced the springs and worn rollers, and was done in an hour. Very professional and timely.
