I had Zack a week or so back when my opener didn't work. I felt silly that it was only a new battery but he didn't make me feel silly. Zack came to my townhouse for routine maintenace on my garage door opener. Before he began work, he fully explained what he was going to do and then after he was done, he walked me through and showed every part he had worked on. He was respectful and I highly recommend Precision Garage.

I appreciated having the technician calling 30 minutes ahead. That allowed me to be out and about rather than waiting for possibly hours. Sam was very efficient and patiently explained how I ended up with huge garage door problems in my newly constructed home. The door is now better than it was when it was new.

We called two other garage door companies before calling Precision. We tried leaving a message with the first company but the answering machine was full. We decided to call another company. They said they would be out at a certain time. They kept calling to delay the time. Finally, we told them to forget it. That’s when we called Precision. Got through on the phone right away, set up an appointment and they arrived on time. They sent a picture of the technician who would be coming out. Really like that extra step to make you feel safe. He was very professional and courteous. We are getting a new garage door.

I have been a customer for a number of years for maintenance and minor repairs of my existing residential garage door opener. It was time to replace my 20+ years old Genie and Precision installed a Liftmaster. I am quite pleased. Their technician was professional, explained everything, answered whatever questions I had. There was no pressure to purchase which I appreciated. He did a clean and efficient (and safe) installation the same day, within the time frame he estimated. I am very comfortable in recommending them to everyone.

Great customer service ! Prompt, good prices with a wide selection of styles and colors. My old door broke with my car stuck inside. They we're able to come last minute during covid 19 with my beautiful new wood like garage door!. The installers were very polite and quick. I'm very happy with my experience.

Thank you for your prompt attention to the repair of my garage door. Sergio Molina, the technician, called to let me know when he was arriving, was knowledgeable about repair of my door. He explained very clearly what was needed after performing the service inspection. He offered 3 levels of costs for repair and explained each process pertaining not only to the problem with the door, but explained other potential problems. There was no hard sell to complete anything but the immediate problem. He walked me through what he had completed to correct the deficiencies and made sure everything was working to my satisfaction. I had an issue with our garage door opener and reached out to several vendors out there in the market. After making several calls, I finally landed in PDS team, and I'm so glad about the decision I made :) The customer service lady was very polite and had a really nice tone. Mr. Zodiac came to my house within the appointment time frame and explained briefly what I need to do. It was easier than cutting the butter with a hot knife. All jobs were done perfectly and we are extremely happy with Mr. Zodiac's service and his professional attitude. I really wish I can rate 95 more stars in this review. Thank you PDS team. You made our life easier and happier today!

The 2 men you sent out were completely worthless. They never checked anything, only by eyesight. Hector at least tried to accomplish something.It was unfortunate he was not available. The fellow in charge was only interested in selling a new unit for $750 whiich I thought was ridiculous as I had inquired previously at Sears and this was over twice as much as the Sears estimate. 85 but not stupid
