The door was well done and the installer did a great job. However, the windows we ordered were not included in the original installation. We had to call several times to get the manager to contact us and have the technician install them. Not good customer service from the front office.

We had used Precision in the past so called them back. My garage door spring broke and the rollers were old so those were replaced. I liked that I got 3 quotes good, better, best. When I had difficulty with the door closing for a few days after the repair another technician was sent out. My button was replaced just out of good faith. Communication was clear and I got updates with pictures of the technicians. Both technicians, Zak and Daniel, were polite and helpful. I will definitely use this company again and refer them to my friends. I will even make sure I’m better about making the yearly tune ups after the great service I received.

I really like Patrick and Brandon, they were really nice, they were really working and make sure everything goes correctly and they very honest. I like Patrick the most he is a pleasure to have. I would definitely refer to others.

Eric was professional and efficient. I didn't like the fact that I was not made aware beforehand of the additional 20 dollars gas charge. It should have been on the promotional card that I received in the mail.

Tech arrived on time. Although he heard the 'beep' we heard he determined it was not the battery to the motor. And, as the equipment is less than a year old, it would be doubtful it would be part of the motor. He was very courteous. There was no charge

During the course of the morning, on Sunday no less, I noticed that my garage door would only raise 1 inch and then go back down immediately. I called Precision Garage Door Service and they could schedule a service mechanic that day. I couldn't believe it! Zach came, as promised at 6:30 p.m. and figured out that the spring had broken. He was able to replace it immediately, since he brought all the spare parts and tools with him. Very efficient and friendly. I was able to use my garage door right away, not after waiting for a couple of days, which is what I had expected. Thank you very much.
