Very nice men well groomed and knew there business. Although covered all options no pressuring you into something. Garage seems to be working great and they honored a coupon for $50 off with no hassle or fine print reading we missed.

This was my first repair on my new house, I chose Precision Door Service based on there reviews, and I love the commercial's. We always receive coupons and current info from them. I was very pleased with there communication & care, Zac was my service guy and he was GREAT !! explained everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. was prompt and gave a good estimate, they had all the necessary parts and tools to get the job done right , no waiting , no problems. I own a Precision door, Precision motor and all Precision hardware. I've had my door serviced only by Precision servicemen. I was doing some garage cleaning and accidently knocked the eye out of alignment. The door would not go down and the light would flash 3 times to indicate eye out of alignment. I contacted Precision to come out to re-align the eye and lube my door. After inspection, the serviceman stated that it would be $1,200 dollars to repair my door!! This did NOT include a new door, or new motor or new track!! It was just for service and minor parts. I sent the Precision man on his way, I'll be looking for a new garage door company.

TWo delays in two days. I had to call your technician twice. EXpensive service for balancing the door.. sunlight hitting the safety monitors has ne era been a problem, but it happened again Sat. I doubt if I will call you again.
