I made an appointment for service, all he did was tell us we needed a new garage door or new hardware. He said in his report it was out of balance, but he did nothing, no lube, no adjustment, nothing. That's not service that's sales. Very disappointed, shouldn't they try a few things before they say buy a new door.

After some very bad service with other garage door "companies", I called Precision. From the minute I called, I felt like my issues would be taken care of. They continuously kept me in the loop of next steps and were on time with every appointment. Patrick the installer, was awesome. He was able to finish quicker than anticipated and the area was clean when finished. My only issue is that I didn't call them first!

I read the reviews of former clients and after using precision door I agree with others that it is truly a 5 star company. I called at 9 in the morning and had a service man at 11:30. By 1:30 he explained the problems and had the repairs completed. He had all equipment to be replaced on his truck. Totally professional and I will call in the future when I need help.

Called ahead to let me know when he would be arriving, very courteous, and polite. Replaced rubber seal on bottom of door, plus new rollers, etc. in a very short amount of time. Door runs very smoothly now.
