I contacted Precision Door Service because I had seen their service truck in our neighborhood. When called, you replied with an available appointment for the following day between 10:00 AM and 12:00PM. At 11:30 your serviceman Noah Proffitt called and said he would be here at 12:00. He arrived just as he said, reviewed the work that had to be done to repair the Garage door Springs, and requested my approval which was given. He completed his work in just over one hour. His repair work was perfect! Thank you Noah and Precision Garage Door Service.

Two servicemen came out to fix my garage door. They recommended to replace my entire system at a cost of over $2000. I had a coupon so they still charged me $50 to show up and tell me this information. I had another garage door repair company come out and they fixed it for $84 and a service charge of $128. I feel that Precision should give me a full refund and I should not have to be the one to pay for the ill trained staff who were trying to not fix the garage door but sell me a new one.

When called for an appointment we were told the service would be on 8/9/2020 between 8:00 and 12:00. We also received an email confirmation the service would be between 8:00 and 10:00. We also received a text stating between 8:00 and 12:00. The technician called after 12:00 saying he would be there shortly and said the service was scheduled between 12:30 and 4:00. NOT sure what happened in the breakdown in communication, but lost the entire AM waiting. Was also a little surprised at the overall cost. I trusted the technician and his recommendations. What I thought was going to be a $300-400 to replace the springs ended up being over $1500. Service technician I give a 5 star on work performed. Overall all based on the above I give the service a 3 star

I called for a repair for the garage door because there were issues with the door closing. Noah, from Precision Door responded. He was very pleasant, bu after t I explained the issues, he really did not do much of an inspection, but rather just suggested I replace the sensors, for approximately $250, but advised that might not fix the problem. Felt new rollers would help, but did not push them, but said that if the sensors did not fix the problem, he might have to check the logic board. I told him that as the cost keeps adding, I could just buy a new unit for not much more money. He told me a new unit would run over $1,100.00. I paid the $40 fee and thanked him for his time. NOTHING was really done I called a different service today and they immediately diagnosed the problem as vibration from the "rails" which caused the sensors to move slightly and cause the problem. IF I wanted new sensors, the cost would be $70 . The second company actually serviced the door, installed new sensors (At my request, which was not really needed) for well under $200 out the door. I told the tech about my experience with the prior company, but did not reveal the name of the company. He said that it was probably "Precision Garage" He was spot on ! I was told that if I wanted to replace the unit with a brand new Lift Master 3/4 hp unit, it would be $595 out the door, Not close to the $1,100 quoted by Precision. Just thought you should know what's going on

Alex and Julian came to our home today to repair our wall mounted garage door opener. They spent considerable time here today making sure that we had the correct control to operate our garage doors. Then, they also managed to connect our cars to the home link in the garage door openers, no small feat with the cars that we have. They are very extremely capable and experienced technicians who I will be using once again.

Came home on Friday night to a broken spring. Found Precision online and called at 730am on Saturday morning. Max was at my door by noon! He was polite and friendly. Gave me 2 options to fix my door and explained what each included. I made my choice and he was done within 30 minutes. He lubricated all moving parts and added extra lag bolts to the door brackets. Fair price and good work. Definitely recommend.
