Serviceman called to let me know when he would be arriving. He explained what the problems were and what my options and costs would be. Repairs were made ( rollers, cables and a belt drive motor )and all the work was done in a couple of hours . Serviceman explained all that was done and I was pleased with the excellent work done . I would certainly use Precision again and recommend their services to others .
