Both Julian's were very professional. They walked me through setting up the app and showing me where all the controls had been mounted. I was pleasantly surprised that they had reported the small damage to one of the panels. Today the panel was replaced with no inconvenience to me. Wonderful service. This is a very easy 5 star review. Couldn't have been more satisfied with professionalism, efficiency and quality of service. Found Precision on Google after seeing less than comforting reviews for local garage door services. Initial call placed at 6:30am after garage door suddenly stopped working. A real person answered and scheduled a technician appt. for same day. Brian arrived later that morning and quickly diagnosed the problem, patiently explained problem and options including line item costs. Within two hours we had a fully functioning and significantly quieter garage door. Very pleased with new motor, springs and rebalanced door, along with new openers etc. Highly recommend Precision and particularly Brian!
