Two other companies set up appointments and then offered several excuses as to why they could not come that day, that week or during the month. But Precision responded promptly to our request for an estimate when our garage door was damaged. The technician came came within the first 20 minutes of the two-hour window to assess the situation. In no time, we had estimates for two options. The ordering process was simple and the on the day of installation, the technician came within the first five minutes of the two-hour window and did a terrific job with ease. The one problem is that the factory forgot to send the vinyl window inserts (cross-frames) with the door. The installer told us he would call the shop and that when the inserts came in, he could drop by and insert them quickly. Which is what happened. He came by five minutes before the two-hour window for our appointment began and was done in less than a minute. Overall, the door, the installation process, billing and all communication with the technician and Precision itself was first-rate.
