One of my torsion springs failed on Sunday morning. I found Precision on Angie’s List and read a bunch of their reviews. Being most of the reviews were good and they did service on Sunday I gave them a call. I spoke with Holly, who was very pleasant, she took all my info and asked if I would like a tech to come out in the afternoon. Since I had plans, I made my service appointment for Monday morning. Soon after my phone call I received an email confirming my service appointment, with Jesse P being the tech that would be doing the service. Monday morning Jesse called me at 0830 and said that he would be to me at the later end of the service time frame given to me. He called me again at 1000 and stated that he will arrive at 1100. Jesse arrived at 1045 and inspected my garage door. In addition to the obvious broken spring, we discussed door usage, and he pointed out what other parts were worn due to use over the years (my door is 8 years old and is opened at least 5-6 times a day, every day). He explained my options and we agreed on replacing the springs, rollers, drums, cables, and center rod bearing. The work took approximately 3 hrs and I am very pleased with the final product. Jesse was knowledgeable and vey contentiousness about the work he was performing. He was very professional, in both his appearance and demeanor, and took a lot of pride in his work. Once the service was completed we operated the door together to ensure that I was satisfied with the repair. Jesse left as if he was never there. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone looking for a garage door repair or service. The price was fair and most importantly...the job was done right the first time! I give Precision and Jesse both five stars??????????
