Precision has been prompt, professional, and timely with their service. Rick was especially helpful in the ordering process. I really like that Precision sends a name and photo of the repair person ahead of time so you know who to expect. It’s a useful safety feature I wish more companies would employ. The garage door itself is great and a huge upgrade. I was really pleased with the entire experience.

The spring on our garage door had broken and the door would not open. Mike knew what the problem was right away. He checked over the whole door and pointed out that the cables were looking a little worse for the wear. He spoke honestly and gave me all the information I needed to make a decision I felt comfortable with. In the end I replaced the springs and cables on the door. Mike was very professional and kind. I would be happy to have him back in my home again. Although, I hope I don't need to because that would mean something else is broken......

I did not expect the bill to be $1,200 dollars When I made my appointment. Brian could not have been more helpful in educating me about my three doors. He did not pressure me to do anything, but explained about the deficiencies and good things I did have going for me.
