From the moment I called for replacement of my garage door openers to Jesse (the technician) arriving at my house later that same day, the experience was excellent. Prior to the technician arriving I received a text, along with a picture, describing Jesse and providing me with a time window in which to expect him. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable, putting our minds at ease as to which equipment would best fit our needs. I cannot recommend Precision Door Service enough!

This is a good company: prompt, courteous and professional. Travis was very knowledgeable and explained exactly what the problems were with the door and what repairs were needed. There was no overselling and the work was done quickly. I would highly recommend.
