I had just moved into a new home and the first day one of the posts holding the garage door tracks came crashing down. I called a couple places to see what I could do, if I needed to replace the door, etc. After looking through Precisions site I was sold they were going to be the best fit to come and check it out. Brian and Anton showed up and I couldn’t have asked for a better team. Although it was a bit of a challenge because of the door size, garage size and everything, he came up with a great plan to replace the opener and make sure the existing bracers were super secure. Within 2 days (only because of a parts delay) I have a brand new door opener that’s 1000x better and feel so much more comfortable knowing I have reputable and awesome technicians like Brian and Anton to rely on if something happens in the future.

Precision is the best. Excellent service, warranties, and products. One technician has fixed our old door 3 times on his own and showed up early each time. When we get around to replacing the old garage door, Precision will be our go-to. Highly recommended.

The gentleman who (sorry I forgot-maybe you can supply his name) was excellent, understanding our needs and clearly explaining the products and what to expect. He is a wonderful representative for Precision. The installer Malik and his partner Anthony were equally excellent, accurate, neat and efficient and clearly explained the use to us. They too represented Precision at its best.

Ricardo C was awesome. Answers all my questions. Never tried to sell me on anything I did not need. Even though he was there to give me an estimate on new doors and system, even took the time to inspect my current doors and systems pointing out a few quick fixes. Very professional and extremely intuitive about the products, and services needed for my home.

Leo, your company's representative, called to alert us that he was on his way, arrived promptly and was courteous and attentive to the problem.
