The representative that met me, Brian, was nothing but polite, well educated on the products available as well as knew exactally what was, and what was not, needed. I am a General Contractor and have worked with this company with one of our Rockland projects and will use no other. Professional, courteous and well mannered. If there was a sixth start as an option they would get it. I HIGHLY recommend this company for all of your garage door wants and needs.
