I originally called Precision in October, 2022 I was satisfied with their performance. This was my reason for calling them again as my garage door was opening but would not close properly The Technician Dave inspected the door and all its parts. He pointed out some issues and felt that correcting them would have the door operate efficiently. I feel confident that the problem has been solved!

Julian was great. Showed up on time, very presentable and strong communication skills. He reviewed the issue and explained what the problem was. He then gave us three options to address the situation with clear descriptions of each including prices. Once we chose the option, he completed the work quickly. Total professional. I would recommend Precision to someone else based upon this experience.

The technicians were very good. Professional knowledgeable and helpful. They answered all my questions. I think they did a good job. Unfortunately, the lines of the door are off and the technician says he has seen that before and it is a result of the door manufacturer. That will have to be fixed. The lights in one motor were not working and the technician said he can not look at it to fix as he is an installer. The sales person said my motor was good so why are the lights not working. That has to be fixed. Also, I have no way to open the doors if the power goes out. The salesperson did not discuss this as I need a away to open doors in an emergency. That will have to be rectified. Sonny is really good and explained issues and mechanisms behind. My garage door lands little hard on the floor. I was afraid it would be from the springs and cables replaced recently and it may cause damages. Sonny examined everything and assured me everything is good. I felt big relief.
