Ed was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He took time to show me all the problem areas and explained the options. The door is over 50 years old with multiple issues, and areas where past repairs were incorrectly done. Based on what he showed me, Precision will be replacing the garage door as soon as their schedule permits. I highly recommend both the company and Ed.
