On a Tuesday afternoon a spring broke. I put together a call list of 3 choices to repair my broken spring. The first choice couldn't get to it until Monday. I called Precision second. A service man showed up to quote an hour later. The quote was reasonable, he had the springs, and I accepted. The service man knew what he was doing. The job was completed in 90 minutes. I would certainly use Precision again.

Our door was 35 years old and needed to be replaced. We also replaced the springs and the opener at the same time. Our experience was great. A technician came out and diagnosed the problem we had with the door and the springs (12 years old). We opted to get quotes on replacing everything or just part, with a few options. The estimator came out a day or two later, explained everything, and we chose our option of replacing everything. It was scheduled and the installer came out on the date scheduled and did everything in one day. From the technicians, to the estimator, to the customer service people we could not be happier. Very professional and a pleasure to work with.
