Less than half a day to get to me, which was very important. Conversion from previous single spring to new dual spring counterbalance with all new shafting, supports, and bearings done in about two hours, including all cleanup. Cleanup was impeccable, you'd never know they'd been here. The bill was probably reasonable, all things considered. I did have a couple of deep breaths, however.

I tried to fix it myself, but unfortunately I know absolutely nothing about circuit boards, so I called Precision Garage Door for help. They made the service call the same day! Joe was so knowledgeable and efficient that I need not worry about a thing. He was professional, organized, clean and he even laughed at my corny jokes. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone. They are reasonably priced and their customer service is excellent. Thank you Joe for coming to my rescue. I love how quiet my door opener is now, I am sure my neighbors are happy too.

I called Precision Door because our spring was broken. They came out the same day. Nick was very kind and extremely informative. The house was new to use and he did a thorough inspection and offered us 3 different options and quoted us on a new opener. He was able to do all the work the same day!!
