My spring broke Saturday evening. I called and they had Paul come out the Sunday morning. They had to research it since I had no records, but they ended up installing 2 new springs without charging me for them because there is a lifetime warrantee. Yes, they did the research so that they didn't charge for the parts. All I paid was the service call. I'm not used to someone else doing research so I get charged less! I'm guessing I won't need their service for a long while, but clearly I will call them if I have a need.
