This is the first time I've used Precision. The service technician arrived a bit early but called to ask if it was ok to come over. He was polite and friendly. My problem ended up being user error (that would be me). He took the time to explain and show me why the door stopped working. He made sure I understood what to do if it happens again. I was impressed with his attitude, neatness, punctuality, and overall professionalism.

I guess the age of free estimates is over. Paid $79 for an outrageous estimate and went somewhere else and got it fixed for half the price. Live and learn.

A spring broke on my door opener so based on recommendations of two neighbors, I called Precision. Very pleasant service rep. The tech team was sent out the same day. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and had all of the material with them. They fixed a broken spring, installed a belt drive opener, replaced the rubber seal on the bottom, and replaced the worn rollers. They were done in about two hours. Precision is certainly the "go to" company for garage door service.

My door springs broke. I called another company I used before several times and they don’t answer their phone. I called Precision got an appointment the next morning. When their tech Doug showed up I had asked questions about options with the spring repair and motor. I felt confident enough to let him replace the springs, motor, rollers to avoid future problems. After adjustments never heard a door this quiet ! Great experience Precision and Doug !

I have been hearing a squeaky sound when the garage door opened and closed..I decided to give Precision a call and was expecting a service date sometime next week. I was given same day service to my surprise…and I was so lucky with the hurricane coming who knows what would have happened to the other spring. Nick was very informative and knew what he was doing. Called as soon as they opened upon a Monday morning for a repair service call. The spring on our double garage door broke and we couldn't get out of our garage. Doug, a service tech was there before 11:00 AM and replaced the spring and bearings. Working like a charm now
