Chris came to my home with a such excellent happiness and had the perfect attitude to deal with me. On both time he came on and/or before the scheduled time. He did not push me a sale, but instead took his time and explained me all of the issues with my both garage doors. I believed that his professionalism is within in him. Knew he job well and fixed all of the many issues within a hour and about 15 minutes. My garage doors are about 10 years old and this is the 1st time I had them service, when Chris left my home I felt alike, I just purchased a brand new doors. GREAT JOB CHRIS & Thank you!.

The Precision Team is the only company I will call for my garage doors. When I needed my garage doors fixed, the service men were extremely nice and knew exactly what my problems were. They even gave me their cell phone numbers to call them directly should I have further problems! I will never go to another company for my garage door needs.

Drug tested and background checked employees was one of the biggest reasons we selected Precision. 5 stars for service, your technician called ahead and let us know his estimated arrival time. Very well groomed, well mannered gentleman who explained what needed to be done, the exact amount of the cost of the repair (which was very reasonable) and then repaired our garage door in a very timely manner.

Our technician, Paul, was outstanding. He gave us several options, good, better and best, which I appreciated. He installed a new motor and installed new rollers, as well as lubricating the mechanism. He was polite and very professional and knowledgeable. Great representative of your company!

Although the installer was 1 & 1/2 hours late to my home. He did replace the drive unit turn key in 1.5 hours and did a fine job!

Forget the rest, because you just found THE BEST!!!! Precision simply ROCKS!!! Gaetano Castiglione was AWESOME!!! He and his assistant get 11 STARS!! My son backed his car into the garage door last night.... OUCH!!! I thought that the damage could not be repaired. Gaetano looked at it and 1 1/2 hours later it was PERFECT!!! THANKS !!!

The service tech was great. Preformed the required work efficiently. The price for the service and parts was way above what it should have been. I could have purchased a new opener for the price I was charged to fix it. The 3 and 5 year guaranteed services offered were outrageous. Will not use this company again.
