Tech did a good job. The price seemed a bit high for the repair part, but probably not out of line compared to most serviceable items. I would recommend them. Paul from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service came to my condo in Englewood this afternoon, 3-19-16, to fix a problem I was having with my garage door. It was actually a simple "fix" and he showed me a small "lever" that somehow got into an "up" position but was supposed to be in a "down" position. So, I wrote a "note" on how to fix it myself (if it ever happened again) and taped the note to the "lever" that needed to be in the "down" position.

Was impressed by the friendliness, knowledge and expertise of Joshua. He explained that the galvanized spring on my door had probably run its course and that it needed replacing. I noticed that Precision was typically getting very good reviews. Made me wonder.... However, today an individual whose first name is Justin arrived and quickly dispelled any concerns. He was obviously very knowledgeable and corrected some issues of which I hadn't previously been aware. The actual installation was done very efficiently. All in all, a very impressive job. My garage door was working--pretty well--but occasionally it would stop mid-cycle and it never really opened fully, meaning that my car radio antenna would go boing as I entered and left the garage. A short visit from Precision made all the adjustments. BUT a crack in a casting that secured the torsion springs was discovered. That crack, if it had let go, could have dropped the door on my car or on a person. Glad to have that fixed.
