Technician was courteous and very knowledgeable. I am still waiting for a copy of my warranty that I purchased in 2009. I need another service call before my 30 days is up because the garage door is very noisy when it opens and closes. Please call as soon as possible to set up another appointment!

We feel ripped off. 45 min for a sales pitch and 15-20 min to "service the door" and it cost us $200.00. I am NOT blaming technician, I'm sure he was doing his job just as he was taught. Very disappointed in lack of value for our money. We feel like dupes. By the way, nothing was really "repaired."

I originally bought the garage door back in 2006. The spring broke on a Thursday, and a technician was out out on Sat. He was on time, polite and professional. My garage door is working great once again. I highly recommend Precision for your roll up garage door needs.

My technician Jimmy Love was AWESOME once I was able to get him back out to my house. However the office call center really needs to listen to the customer especially if they request a certain technician to do the job and NOT!!! send out who ever they want
