Broken Garage Door Spring Repair

Damian and Jackie provided excellent, friendly service. They repaired my broken spring in under 30 minutes at a very reasonable rate and didn't pressure me to pay for something I didn't need. They even lubricated the door hinges and rollers as a free, extra service before leaving. Precision has earned my trust on their first visit. I will definitely call upon Precision for my garage door service needs in the future and recommend them to others.

I am Alex Oliver, Nance's husband. Jason Dawson came to our house, saw the problem, which was fixed immediately and he did a great job. He wasn't here that long, was very courteous and professional, which I very much appreciated. Of all the things that need to be fixed from time to time at our house I never worry about the garage doors because it is a pleasure to work with Jason, who had been here before. Thanks so much! Purchased the door from Precision in Jun 2014. Although we've been lubing it from time-to-time, thought it was time to have you folks service it. It had developed a popping sound when closing and we noticed two bolts/screws missing. Jason Dawson came and serviced the door and did so very competently and quickly. He was very professional and friendly and gave us advice on maintaining the door.
