Just want to say , very pleased with work preformed I give the installer a 5,Door now works Great , Here is the BUT , I know I paid DOUBLE for all parts installed , the new rollers installed $15.00 each , Anywhere else about $4.00 each , same with springs , and 2 other barrings . That being said I needed the door repair , I agreed and paid for it . Now if I was over charged God will correct the company for that down the road and you will be held accountable for all things , right or wrong . I work for one of the Largest Commercial General Contractor in San Antonio , my time is very limited , being that I run 10 million dollar plus projects all over town . I can pass this along to our estimating team when bids come in , to make everyone aware. God has a way of working everything out .

I want to Thank you for responding , like I said the work was installed professionally . That being said everyone is in business to make money , but for a home owner to feel like they paid 3 times the amount is not very settling . Its like buying a car , and feeling like you got a good deal and then pay for all the make ready charges , just leaves a bad taste about the deal you just got . As mentioned in my last review , I have build home for some of the top home builders here in San Antonio , and now have worked for a top commercial builder for 12 years now , I know how all this works . Again Thank you for your time .

We have used Precision in another home, were very satisfied with the service and called when we needed service in this home. Mr. Jason Dawson came out and diagnosed the problem within minutes, repaired the loose connection and performed a 'tune up' service. Jason was a pro! Answered all our questions, provided price information for future replacement services (new opener) and was fast and knowledgeable. Will definitely continue to use Precision and Jason for any/all future needs. Jason is the BEST!
